Gift Ideas-

Gifts from the heart are the best gifts to give. The gifts that take a little time and effort on your part are the gifts that your friends and loved one will enjoy the most! Do you have children? They love to help, they can make gifts for there teachers and friends as well. Here are some ideas that might help:

• Chi Tea - you can buy beautiful containers mix up the Chi Tea Blend recipe (found on our Recipe page)

  fill the container with the mix and copy down the serving directions punch a hole in the corner with a hole punch and slide a ribbon through the hole and tie it to the container, or you can make a label with your computer and print them on sticker paper for your printer. Stick on your container add a bow or ribbon.

• Herbal Stress Reducing Tea- if you have a friend, loved one or coworker that is stressed out this would be a perfect gift for them- If you don't have a nice container then purchase a beautiful container, mix up the Herbal Stress Reducing Tea recipe (found on our Recipe page ) fill you container with the Herbal Stress Reducing Tea mix either make a label with your computer explaining your serving directions print them on sticker paper and place them on the container. If you want you can hand print the serving directions and punch a hole in the corner with a hole punch and tie it on with a ribbon. An added touch place a sieve in the top of the container or tie it on with a ribbon.  

• Gift Basket- There are a few different way of creating gift baskets. You want to find a basket that will be big enough to hold all the items you want to put in your gift basket. You don't have to use a basket maybe you want to use a wine or coffee tote. Use your imagination there is no set rules on what you can create. Fill the bottom of the basket with some shredded colored paper or line the bottom of the basket with tissue paper. Add your items to the basket and you can add some ribbons to the handle with streamers slightly curled with a pair of scissors or you can use a fancy cellophane wrap that is designed for basket making, wrap the basket with the cellophane wrap and use a hair dryer to shrink the wrap to the gift basket. If you decide to use a tote and not a basket you may want to skip the cellophane wrap and add some shredded colored paper inside the bottom of the tote not to much that your items don't fit place a few of the items in the tote and you can add more of the shredded paper or you can add some of those pretty little confetti decals they add to cards. Once you have every thing you want in your tote close it and add some ribbon slightly curled to the handle.
